Dr. Alexander Lukubisa is a dedicated family physician with nearly 20 years of clinical experience.


 He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of the Free State in South Africa before beginning his medical career in 2007. Since relocating to Canada in 2010, he has spent the past 13 years serving patients and families in Langdon, Alberta, building lasting relationships through compassionate, patient-centred care. 

Known for his thorough, detail-oriented approach.


 Dr. Lukubisa believes that every patient deserves to feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their healthcare. He places a strong emphasis on clear communication, accurate diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment, ensuring each consultation is both comprehensive and personalized.


Dr. Lukubisa is committed to delivering high-quality medical care with professionalism and efficiency. He has extensive experience providing comprehensive family medicine, preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, medical assessments, documentation, and virtual care services. His goal is to make healthcare accessible, reliable, and responsive to the needs of every patient.

Dr. Folajimi Jolayemi is a dedicated, patient-centred family physician with extensive international training and a strong commitment to comprehensive primary care. He brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to medicine, focusing on building long-term relationships with patients and supporting their health across all stages of life.


Dr. Jolayemi completed his Family Medicine residency at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in the United Kingdom, where he trained across a broad range of disciplines including general internal medicine, dermatology, emergency medicine, and community-based family practice. He is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and holds full registration with the General Medical Council (UK) as well as licensure through the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC).


His clinical experience spans diverse healthcare settings in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Nigeria. This global background has equipped him with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to manage a wide variety of medical conditions, from acute concerns to complex chronic diseases.

Nonye Nwachukwu. NP

Nonye Nwachukwu is a Family Nurse Practitioner providing care to patients of all ages. 


She completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Mount Royal University in 2013 and her Master of Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Athabasca University in 2020.


She has experience in both acute care and primary care and particularly enjoys the preventative approach that primary care offers in supporting long term health. Nonye cares for a wide range of health concerns and has a special interest in women’s health.


She values building strong relationships with her patients and working collaboratively to support their overall health and wellbeing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Farah is a Nurse Practitioner who was born in England and raised in Calgary. She brings over a decade of nursing experience to her role, having spent 11 years working in Burns and Plastics at Foothills Medical Centre prior to becoming an NP. 


During this time, she gained extensive experience in patient care, reconstructive care, and wound management while caring for patients with complex medical and surgical needs.


Farah is passionate about providing 

compassionate, patient-centered care and values building strong relationships with her patients while supporting them in achieving their health and wellness goals.


Outside of the clinic, Farah enjoys exploring Calgary’s vibrant food scene and trying new restaurants with friends, as she proudly considers herself a foodie. She always welcomes new restaurant recommendations.

Primary Health Care

At Langdon Medical Clinic, we believe in the medical home. Team-based health care that is intended to provide comprehensive and continuous medical care to you and your family with the goal of obtaining maximized health outcomes.

Pediatric and Teen Health

Child and teen healthcare is a very important part of our practice. We believe that when children and teens receive the best care early, they grow into healthy adults. We specialize in the education, prevention, and treatment of our young patients to prepare them for a lifetime of good health.

Women's Health

Our women’s health department is dedicated to serving the women of our community throughout every phase of their lives. We provide services to promote and protect the health of our female patients including gynecological care, prenatal care, pregnancy support services, family planning, cancer screenings and hormone therapy.

Men's Health


There are many health conditions that only affect men such as low testosterone and prostate cancer. Thankfully, most men’s health issues are largely preventable with early diagnosis and screening such as colon cancer and heart disease. It’s important that you get the screening tests you need to find and treat potential concerns early.


Mental Health


Mental illness affects all Canadians at some point through a friend, family member, or colleague and 20% of people will personally experience mental illness in their lifetime. We offer non-judgemental, confidential mental health services, assessments, and counselling when you need it.


STI Screening and Management


Sexual health is a normal and very important part of your well-being. We believe in providing you with informed and non-judgemental health programs and services including screenings, treatment, and support.
