Cholesterol and Blood Pressure Essentials  — Free

The Cholesterol and Blood Pressure Classes focus on reducing your cardiovascular risk. These classes last for three hours and are ran by a Registered Dietitian and a Primary Care Network Nurse.   Topics covered in this class will include: What is artery disease, hypertension, and high cholesterol? What are the risk factors for these conditions? How do we reduce blood pressure and cholesterol levels? Why is exercise important and what kind is beneficial?
